Spam reputation notification

woke up to 37 notifications. idk if this is a bug or of @ApolloArt has no life and spams modify my rep

A user can give 3 reps to someone else in 1 day. However, the rep given to the same person can be modified unlimited times. There are no barriers to this in the forum software. This bugs needs to be examined in detail.

oh okay, i dont think apolloart has time to sit and modify my rep 40 times though, so i asume this is a bug and nt him modifying it hella times xdd
