We can add these 2 suggestions:

• Users here can deposit money here in the forum with different methods (like crypto).
  
• Users can then send money to each other and with a note. They can hold the money aswell (for example, I am sending money to a user , I can select if I want it to get sent immediately or after a period of time : XX Hour / XX Day / XX Week / XX Month
  

How will this help?

Let's say for example you want to buy a checker from someone for a period of 1 month
You can select 1 month as a period of hold and send the money here to the seller with a note "Bought a checker for 1 month". So the seller will receive the money but won't be able to withdraw unless 1 month has passed.
This will prevent the seller from scamming you after paying and will add more safety for purchases but also safety for the admin. @A35 doesn't need to be a middleman , contact you or chat with you.
So if a seller scammed you , you can report and the admin will check the note which is in this case "Bought a checker for 1 month" , if he really did scam , he will get banned and the money will return back to you

completely agree with you, but the seller as a safety measure should also be able to refund any tx with a provided reason (eg: BUYERS NOTE "bough a checker for 3 months"; SELLER REFUNDED THE TX WITH THE PROVIDED REASON: "the payment u made was only enough for 1 month"), also users shouldnt reload the balance if it isnt needed just in cause the feds also seize this forum (i hope not), but also what about if a person buys, for example ofc, a nordvpn acc with a 1 year warranty? will the money stay on hold for a whole year?
