Non-upgraded members PM spam

I get a lot of PMs from Non-upgraded members with random spam messages.
I think non-upgraded members should not be able to PM unless they reached like 1 thread and 15 posts or something.

Thoughts?

Idk, some people do want to buy stuff without contributing to the forum or leeching. But yeah 5 sounds still reasonable, I guess.
