It was stated what I wanted to buy, not usernames, which were of no use.  
Someone blocked me on Telegram and won't give me a replacement or return my money. It's a scam.

FULL Telegram chat logs (from first contact to delivery and dispute)
The exact delivered product/file (original file that was sent)

If any testing was performed, the party claiming the test must send:
Test results
Number of lines tested
Outcome summary (invalid / wrong type / steam inbox etc.)

The person blocked me, didn't want to give me what we agreed on, sent me some public files that weren't even Steam Inbox targets, and said that's how it should be.

He sent the wrong lines. It's clear from the conversation that I asked for a valid Hotmail inbox on Steam, but I received a Steam user pass that doesn't work at all, and then the user blocked me.

After reviewing the evidence, the delivered files consist of generic Hotmail combos and Steam account data, not Steam Inbox / Hotmail target inbox as explicitly agreed in the conversation.

At this stage, the product appears to be NOT AS DESCRIBED.

Seller (@Trvck7) is given 24 hours to either:
 Deliver 50 valid Hotmail Steam Inbox / target inbox lines matching the agreement, OR
 Issue a full refund ($50).
