Update SLC Checker

As title says, slc checker has to be updated, half of the functions dont work in current version.

It is already latest version. When I tested it now, it seems working. What features don't work for you ?

Its not the latest version, v2023.07.03 is. Loot gifting and hextech loot opening dont work for me.

Gifting actually works in the current version, i just had proxies issue they were slow af to load shit. Please fix Hextech Loot opening feature its important.
