Additional Information: Did 2 orders for him with the fee 90$ each, we had agreed on minimum fee 90$ but he is saying that the clients paid him 100$, while knowing that my minimum fee is 90$, he is now saying to only pay 50$ instead of 180$ because one client scammed him and didn't pay the fee, but on TOS agreed on both parties when someone deals with me, even if client scams the provider is obligated to pay fee as I loose time efforts and costs of the order so we can't take responsibility on that as long as the order was successful, I don't have any negative feelings towards him as I am waiting to do a great business together as I still have orders pending with him which are in progress, but according to my TOS payment is paid 6 hours after refund confirmation and now 3 days have been passed. 25 hours ago I gave jimmy a new deadline of 24 hours to make the payment, he still continues to argue and the payment is not done yet so I had to open this scam report and I hope he doesn't sacrifice his profile and business for 180$. Agreeing to work on a minimum fee of 90$ and then asking to pay only 50$ for 2 orders done successful is actually really sad, considering that my spendings for his orders are way over 50$ as well, without considering my knowledge and skills that I put into them, my time and my consistent efforts for each order.
