This is done through their partner Stripe. It requires a live upload of the photo identification and a live selfie check (head turning video)
If you are capable of this, which would of course require the creation of the documents in the name I supply and spoofing the live selfie check, I have a lot of accounts and this would be ongoing well paid work.
