As You Can See I Messaged Him And Sent Him Bitcoin On Midnight Of 1st August And He Didnt Tell Me He Cant Give Me Proxy Before Payment. After The Payment He Said Im Going To Sleep. I Can Bee Seen Trying And Requesting Him To Give Me Either Proxy Or A Refund And He Stays Sarcastic All The Time And Telling Me To Wait. While All This Time He Was Doing His Own Work And Putting Vouches And Announcements And Saying To Me That I Have Corona Just To Buy Some Sympathy. Following Screenshots Are The Proof:

I Had To Buy Proxy For My Target, I Was In A Hurry Back When I Messaged Him But I Waited And He Didnt Give Me Proxy. Only Because Of Him I Had To Pay Extra Money. After These Days When I Said That Im Gonna Open Scam Report Or Refund Me He Said That I Dont Care About Forums, Then Gave Me Proxy And Trying To Threaten Me That Now You Cant Open A Scam Report.
