Hiring discord community manager [$2000 per month]

As the title states, looking for someone serious who can become a discord community manager to help grow and manage our project. If you're organized, passionate about web3, and know how to keep a community engaged without letting chaos take over, we want to hear from you.
What we’re looking for:

Someone who lives and breathes Discord
Fluent in English with great communication skills
Prior experience managing or moderating a web3/crypto/NFT community
Strong sense of community culture and can handle trolls, bots, and drama effectively
Able to coordinate with the core team and relay feedback from the community
Can work independently and is available consistently (timezone flexible, but reliability is key)

Bonus points if you:

Are familiar with Discord bots, server setups, and analytics
Understand crypto lingo, tokenomics, and community expectations
Have experience using tools like Collab.Land, Guild.xyz, Zealy, etc.
