Bought eBay seller account from this guy 3 days ago. He messaged me after I made a scam report for another guy who scammed me for $150 for an eBay account. He said 12 hours straight after I paid and I kept messaging him after and he kept delaying saying another 8 hours, another 2 hours, another 6 hours over and over again it’s been nearly 3 days since I purchased now and still no accounts given to me. He has sent me two emails and none of them even exist as you can see in the screenshots. Need a refund or an account sent to me asap dk if I’ve been scammed and this guy is just stalling to scam more people before I make a report or he’s genuinely trying to get his friend to give the details (I doubt it)

Looks like you got scammed again, sorry to hear that. Definitely consider using a middleman next time. The forum’s full of people like this right now, and it's probably the same person making new accounts over and over. Hope your next deal goes better...

the buyer, when i was ready, did not reply, and second, the number he provided was a voip, you can look it up and verify that ebay does not allow voip numbers, so how is that a problem on my end?

No, I provided a number that works and provided proof it works aswell as you can see in the message screenshots. It’s a virtual number (hushed) works everywhere. If you have even a bit of knowledge about account creation and aged accounts you’d know about hushed and it works everywhere. You said if I’m not here then you will use your own number then give me full access (you didn’t message me at all as you can see in the latest screenshot) You just claimed in your message I was not here for the delivery. You messaged me once “for the delivery” 2 days ago after making me wait constant hours saying wait 2 hours, 1 hour, 8 hours, 12 hours then you message me at 5am saying your “UK friend” is ready for the delivery. Then you message me saying I missed the delivery and constantly kept messaging me wait another 6 hours, I message you after 6 hours then you message me wait another 8 hours and so on over and over. Why would your “UK friend” be only available at 5am and not for a single second during the entire day? He claims his friend wakes up at 5am and goes to work at 8am but he’s been telling me to be online at midnight and another time at like 2am for the delivery (the times where he said wait another 8 hours ect) so nothing he says makes any sense. I’m clearing getting scammed here it’s been 4 days since I was supposed to receive the account. I have asked for a refund and this is the guys reply

I kept checking his account to see if he’s online while I’m Constantly messaging him to deliver me something and he turned his status off on patched so I can’t see. Furthermore you keep saying I wasn’t here for the delivery. Are we just going to forget you gave me two different emails to login to eBay with that doesn’t even exist?
