Vouch button not visible on my slaes thread

hey why my vouch button suddenly disapears it was working before and the i shared below had already an vouch but its not visible now please fix that , i cant get vouch when i ask for vouch after selling goods cuz users where not seeing the vouch button please fix this for me

yeah you cant see it on your own threads, i see it perfectly fine

yes i know i cant see on mine but my customer also cant see it he sent me screnshot of it, is it that only upgraded members can vouch??
