User partially refunded, then started a paypal dispute to get the money back. I’ll keep this scam report open as the seller is trying very hard to not pay back. They paid me as ”goods and service” to chargeback later.

@A35 I have been dealing with this seller for weeks, and everytime they find a new reason to not refund. Now they hit my Paypal account with claim dispute, now my account is completely locked and I cannot use paypal which I depend on.
