@A35 The deadline has long passed, and I still haven't received anything. How much longer are you planning to baby him instead of holding him accountable?

He never said I must replace the account in 24h, he said I must replace your account since it hasn't been 24h.
I've already created the account, I'm just waiting on PayPal to finish the verification.
Imagine taking nearly 48 hours and still not managing to verify a simple PayPal account. That alone proves how hopelessly inexperienced and clueless you are. Honestly, it's embarrassing—you shouldn't even be offering accounts if you can't handle the basics.|
I seriously think the admin is either asleep all the time or just ignoring everything on purpose. It makes zero sense that he still hasn’t even told you to refund. Clearly, he didn’t bother reading the full conversation—because if he did, he would’ve already forced the scammer to refund the €40 I paid to receive the account instantly, not to mention the €75 I paid for the account itself. It’s been over a week now and I’ve received nothing. @A35, stop sitting around and do your job—I’m not going to wait forever. ![]() 17-04-2025, 10:57 AM InvisibleX Wrote:I see that verification is in progress, once this is complete it will provide you with your account. @HeavenlyGod Keep your customer updated and resolve the issue as soon as possible. This process must be completed within 48 hours and at most 72 hours. PTO STAFF WARNING Before contacting me, you should know that:
You can contact me anytime about the forum or other things. 17-04-2025, 02:03 PM A35 Wrote:What about the €40 that I mentioned? ![]() 17-04-2025, 05:49 PM InvisibleX Wrote:The 40 eur fee was for your order to be the first one in my list, instead of me taking care of my other 4 orders I had at a time, I've done yours firstly so you did not have to wait 24-48h to get your account, you only waited 2 hours. That fee is not refundable, since you got a fully working account and in the time frame mentioned.
Nope, I should’ve been fully refunded, but I honestly have no idea what @A35 was thinking when making that unfair decision. I clearly didn’t receive a working account—I got one that’s limited and has a sending limit. The €40 is absolutely refundable.

His 24h warranty starts right now. Proof that the account is verified, since with this kind of customer I must also have proof of that: ![]() ![]() ![]() His account is fully verified, and if u translate the last screenshot it will say that he can send and receive transactions with no limit, so all his "concerns" are taken care of. Now, if he's willing to follow my stealth guide as he was supposed to do the first time as well, nothing will happen to his account and he will have a long and lasting PayPal Account. Thank you all for your time, and special thanks to @A35 for taking wise and right calls. End of story <3

So, it’s clear that you’re responsible for refunding the €40 now for delivering the working account after over a week. @A35, I received the replacement and it’s working—unlike the previous account. As I said before, the first account he provided wasn’t verified with documents, which is why it had a sending limit. This one is verified with documents, works fine, and has no sending limit, as I just tested. So it’s clearly his fault from the beginning for delivering an unverified account and making me pay an extra €40 for that. He is now responsible for refunding the €40. ![]()
I have to agree with @InvisibleX that @HeavenlyGod delivers fresh, unverified accounts. I purchased a PayPal account from @HeavenlyGod about a year ago, and the account was also unverified. There was no verification email, and it even asked me to verify the account in the PayPal settings. The account got limited within a few days. Anyway, I didn’t really care and didn’t bother messaging him or opening a deal dispute. Just wanted to point out that his accounts aren’t truly verified, despite what he claims.
