He blocked me from Telegram and all the conversations were deleted. The picture above is all I have. The last thing he said was that your request would be ready within two hours. Then after two hours he blocked me.

We say that what you say is true.. The agreement between me and you is that after the transfer you send the request.. and I committed to the transfer in the correct way. What is my fault if the funds are frozen? This is if what you say is true.
