I contacted him for a vcc service, everything was going good, his service worked like a charm but one day he just stopped answering, i no longer need the VCC service and am asking for only a refund of the full ammount that was left on the VCC, which can be seen on the chatlogs/screenshots, balance which he confirmed was left on the vcc.
