Additional Information:

Basically he added me into group with his partner and they started advertising to all people trough his smtp service, but got banned and sent only to 2k people and left me on read, now even got blocked i think by him, since it says "Deleted Account" on Telegram. They made me wait few more weeks, so they can "find" a solution and fix it.

Our agreement with this gentleman was that we would send 12k emails to their targets and receive the fee of the provider we sent to.

The provider we sent to was suspended. However, this gentleman also logged into Senders (Sendgrid).
While sending the first 2k emails, Smtp was suspended. I told him that I could send the remaining 10k emails but I could not refund them.

Yes, I gave the gentleman a time but I could not complete it in that time period.
My old telegram account was suspended and I lost all my contacts. I was dealing with technical problems.


 REFUND POLICY ​
 No refunds once SMTP is delivered & accessed!
 Only replacements within 24 hours for technical issues
 No refunds for misuse, blacklisting, or spamming activities


this is my policy i already clean. If he give me time we will done. otherwise i cannot give refund

Hey, that is right upon that, but waited 1m for you to give me an answer.

Also refund policy, u didn't mentioned anywhere in start of our deal, which u were supposed to do it, since i didn't found u from forums, i got redirected to you.

Basically if you said ur tos and privacy policies, i would have declined, since i want to send it and done.. I want still a refund, over something that wasn't completed, nowhere mentioned anything related to policy and TOS.
