reporting a scammer @ComboProo

Hi, I want to report a user that I paid a week ona combolist and scam me, do not allow your page to promote scammers. I have proof of everything. when I paid and when he blocked me by telegram. 

he is called in Patched.to @ComboProo appears with an image of a dollar.
