Additional Information: I gave the refunder more than one chance to do the instant order on Amazon. However, all instant order attempts were not successful. When I tried to get back the prepayment (50 USD = 51.89826 USDC), the refunder refused to do so. What does it mean ? I pay the refunder and then I get NO SERVICE? Do you think that it make senses?

the customer was offered a second attempt to place an order - the customer declined, although he initially agreed to the next day. the prepayment was spent on the account and consumables - such as proxies and other things. the customer was not charged any additional money for the spent attempt.

the cost of two attempts is 50$, we could return the money to the client for the second attempt, but we have already purchased the account and the corresponding consumables, if the client needs - we can give access to the account he bought.

Before paying 50 USD = 51.89826 USDC, the refunder never told me that the prepayment was non-refundable.

In addition, the refunder tried to place the instant orders for 2-3 times with a new card each time, but each time it failed. The service is not reliable. Therefore, why should I spend more time on the fourth or fifth attempt with this refunder?

Finally, again, I paid, but I did not get any service? If it makes sense, why does the refunder not send me $1000 in cryptocurrency and then I do not provide him any service? I do not care how the refunder uses the prepayment. As long as I do not get any service successfully, it is reasonable for me to request a refund of the prepayment.

Suppose we order a cake from a restaurant, paying a $100 prepayment for premium ingredients. The restaurant delivers the cake as promised, but when we cut into it, we find a worm inside. This renders the cake inedible and unacceptable. We contact the restaurant, explain the issue, and request a refund. The manager responds, “We can not provide refund because we used your prepayment to buy the flour and chocolate for the cake.”

Do you think that it is a reasonable reason ??? Can you accept this reason ???

There is information in our posts that the prepayment is not refundable, the money was spent on the account, if you need - I can give you the account with the canceled order as proof and proxy
