Scam report against @PoroDotFo

I had opened a complaint, but I don’t know why it was deleted before I received a response.

He bought Nitro and one-use card from me but total 61$ and blocked me without making the payment. He also blocked me on the forum so I can’t message him https://i.imgur.com/T57xSoE.png  — that’s proof he’s admitting his guilt.

It’s been about 5 days and there’s still no solution. Can people scam others on this forum and just go on living their lives like nothing happened? If that’s the case, what’s the point of the complaint category?  @A35

someone out there is trying to scam our customers and some of them have enough brain to double check us or straight up call it stupid

we do not even sell mullvad, we don't need to buy a nitro upgrade from you either, we have our suppliers and we are still selling nitro for 51$, it makes no sense to buy it from you for 60, that would be just stupid

also you are not blocked on site, but I chose to not receive messages from people with no rank because they often ask for free stuff in my dms ( see the ss below ), you can always message us on our live chat, or using any contact on our thread

My issue hasn’t been resolved. He didn’t respond within the time given and is now trying to defend himself with excuses. He was given 12 hours—are we really still going to listen to him nearly a week later? What are the rules even for?

Everyone commits fraud and then claims 'it wasn't me.' Blocking my trade score or preventing me from messaging you is itself proof that it was you. 

Clearly no matter what evidence is provided, justice isn’t being upheld here.

First of all, I do not accept messages from people with no rank on this forum, I already said that, you have proof of the forum feature above, read it

Second of all, tell me where have you ever seen that the account you are talking to is our. Where is it ever mentioned in our thread / our site or our channels ? Nowhere. You just believe everyone who claims to be us and decide to send them stuff for free ? 

Maybe use your brain next time. That's all I have to say.
