Additional Information: he initialy did agree to a refund (surpring from that jew) since i clearly told him i wasnt after resold account or shit thats gona take 2 hours to deliver and he did just ghost my ass for an hour after payment, but the jew could not handle the fact that he would have to pay $3.8 in fees (i did also paid the inital 25 and the fees on top.

1. it isnt the first time i get that guy in a dispute to get a refund, i have since a long time ago already forgot and let his channel into obvlivion, he then recently (compared to my last order) updated his T.O.S, which again are not available here at all.
