Scam report against /User/sonicrefs for 1K EUR

Short description of product/service: One of his service providers on his private mentorship had access to the open ups he sold, open up itself cost me 950 dollars, 117 euros top up within the account making a total of 1K euros, This person was a trusted vendor in his 1000 dollar mentorship chat. Ended up using the topped up amount. Told me it's not his problem and his ToS has "no refunds if account deposit gets used" policy. contacted sonic about it, didn't help and told me to continue use the account that my top up was used in.

Since this is all happening within sonic's mentorship which costs 1K, I will provide any screenshots via DMs, I don't want to leak information about his mentorship group chat.
