scam report against @wrldshop

Too many scammer like this unfotunately on patched. Moderation team are nice and take it serious, but for real guys you should direct ban seller that try to fuck people.
I just notified that there is already 2 scamreport on this user, 3 with this one ... 
How is this possible ?
