Additional Information: After weeks of not delivering anything, I opened this scam report https://patched.to/Thread-scam-report-ag...shanks-€59 and only then he started to deliver my upgrades. It took him another 2 weeks to deliver my spotify. Now, a month ago my Adobe got blocked due to "fraudulent subscription. My spotify upgrade is also going to go away because the payment failed and the office subscription is also blocked. After almost a month of messaging him he keeps ignoring me. For this reason I want to get everything refunded since he clearly can't provide a reliable service that he promised. All screenshots will be sent to staff on request.

I don't use Discord, only Telegram. Since I bought it on telegram, had previous complains and you replied on there, I won't suddenly switch to Discord. I don't want any fix, I just want to get refunded since you don't reply to my problems.

Spotify is working the billing was stuck , had to redo it. adobe and ms365 also checking and fixing

Like I mentioned before, you're unfortunately not reliable so I don't want a fix. Please just refund me.

The service is working and running, Refunds are only if i fail to deliver. The spotify when i checked it wa still premium, just had a billing reminder

Waiting weeks without reply and only replying when I have to open scam reports is not working and running.

Take back the account you delivered to the buyer and refund the money they paid, do it within 24 hours. @CaptainShanks

I provided adobe and Office, Spotify was done on is provided account & it working it never stopped working , it just showed a billing error
