User using automated tools in our channel downloading at inhumane speeds, his ban is justified and will not be lifted.

After review, @BankRoll is confirmed as ban evasion of a previously banned account that was removed for scamming. On Patched.to, users banned for scamming are not allowed to return on new accounts or continue trading/advertising.

As a result:

@BankRoll has been permanently banned for ban evasion / scam history. Any active advertising connected to this user will be removed. This scam report is closed since the reported party is not eligible to trade on the platform.
