What this guy did 

Asked me for a phone number
I gave him a phone number, which was USA , but hey he knew that
But yet he proceeded to do kyc with other country documents
And now when the paxum asked him for more verification because what the actual fuck, this guy used denmark ip, used another country documents, then added a usa phone number, he started blaming me.

I have guys in telegram dm ing me that paxum should never take more than 1-2 hours

Also he started me asking questions what to say to verify the account???? mate if i knew how to verify an account i would do it myself

I am NOT refunding for something that is none of my fault, you are the one telling me to give the explanation I gave, hence I expect you to have enough brain cells to think about the reason you give, which you did not.

I've reviewed this entire report and the Telegram logs provided. To be honest, this is one of the most toxic disputes I've had to sit through in a while.

Virtukyc, if you're offering a KYC service, you should know better than to link Danish docs with a US phone number. That’s a rookie move and it's exactly why Paxum flagged the account for extra verification. Since the account isn't fully verified and "ready to use" as promised, you aren't getting the remaining $40.

OnlyHit / thecleopatra, you guys didn't help the situation by giving a source-of-funds explanation (ishowclips) that you couldn't actually back up with proof when Paxum asked for it. Since you both played a part in the account getting stuck, I’m not going to force a refund on the initial $40 either. Work was done, even if it was botched.

Regarding the behavior: The amount of racism and toxic trash-talking in those logs is pathetic. Both of you ignored the explicit warnings to keep it civil.

VERDICT:
- Virtukyc: Allegeance for the remaining $40 is DENIED.
- OnlyHit: Refund request for the initial $40 is DENIED.
- BOTH PARTIES are hereby issued a 1-month DWC (Deal With Caution) tag.

Case closed. Move on.
