Additional Information: yet another poor scammer finessing pennies, been acting shady throughout the whole deal with lack of responses since I did the KYC for him.

He now refuses the pay the remaining 25$ once KYC is completed.

He is literally just as broke as the other scammer I reported.

I got full proof of him previously being banned on cracked and so on and has now returned.

Probably do a IP check on him.

He did a kyc for me, the site said 48 hours for review. I didn't know that, neither did he.

I made a deal, which he agreed upon and i said "I'll do half now, and when its complteed i send the other half."

I sent him his 20 instantly, and he constantly messages me every 2-6 hours and it hasnt even been 24 hours yet asking me to send him money and keeps getting angry lmfao u can check the time stamps even the guys texting me under 48 hours
