The service agreement between @Virtukyc and @iaiji required a second KYC attempt after the first failed. While @Virtukyc performed the work, @iaiji has since ghosted all communications and refused to provide updates or proof of the account status.

This refusal to cooperate and the subsequent silence confirm an intent to evade the final 25 dollar payment. Ghosting during an active dispute is a severe violation of our terms.

User @iaiji is permanently banned for scamming and lack of cooperation. This case is now closed.
