Additional Information: I messaged @AntMarket on Discord on May 16 for Netflix account, he replied super-quick, he explained everything after I told him i was new to this. He asked me how would I like to pay and I said PayPal. He received the money and said his supplier is not around, tomorrow he will deliver the account, 24 hours max. 4 days of ghosting me and still no account. then he showed up and said his supplier has issues delivering accounts, then showed me someone else happened to have accounts issues, then he deleted the message. Anyway, a day later I messaged him to asking about the account and he said he will do it in a few hours or he will refund me, he ghosted me again and I messaged him again and he replied that he just simply forgot about me, then he asked me for my Netflix account logins on May 20th. He finally delivered the account on May 20th, and I asked him I shouldn't have any issues after the upgrade he said no, its on your own account and if there was any issue I  to message him, he even offered to give a Disney++ account as an apology but only after I leave him a vouch. on May 26th Netflix put the account on hold because it wanted a new payment method, so I messaged him and showed him the email and since May 26th until today June 3rd he didn't respond to me on discord, even though I see he is active on patched.to and he is posting vouches on his discord servers. 

I got a legit Netflix and now I want a refund, there was no rules about replacement or refund we agreed on nor he posted any on his server. He completely ghosted me, and I didn't want nor I know how to open a scam report, until someone sent me a private message to not spam, and if I got scammed I  should open a scam report. I  paid him 31.42 dollars, he can keep $5 and refund me the rest because I used that account for 5 days until it was put on hold. I believe this is fair. 

I also saw this seller has or had a scam report against him in another forum, had I known earlier I wouldn't have bought anything from him.

how the hell i was supposed to know ur upgrade got canceelled u left my server... bro u dumb and yeah its written my old supplier scammed me and cancelled few upgrades i refund them if u didnt left my discord server u knew it

Left the server after I have been ghosted by you for a days. You only replied after I opened this scam report. And you complaining now that I left your server but somehow you managed to DM me on discord. So, you actually have a way to answer my question since May 25th. But you chose to ignore, instead of saying that the supplier scammed you. You didn't reply to me since May 25th, I see you posting vouches, and I know for the a fact that there someone called you scammer on your server and you deleted his comment. And I'm 100% sure you read my messages asking for your help but you chose to ignore me. So I left your server after no response from you for days. If you said that your supplier scammed you, I would understand but you chose to ignore my request to replace or refund, and that shows you are scamming by ghosting even if you had good intentions. And of course you have made an announcement right after this scam im sure to show that you got scammed to fit your narrative. Anyway, I messaged you on May 25th explain to me why you didnt respond for days and I know I left your server on May 31st and while ignoring me you still selling account upgrades and people leaving vouches, it clearly means that you saw my messages but you chose to ignore and you attended to other people requests. Now that your issue is I left the server, Im here now, are you going to refund me?

@AntMarket, the timeline here is clear. Payment was made on May 16, the upgrade arrived 4 days later instead of the promised 24 hours, and it failed completely by May 26 due to what appears to be an unauthorized carrier billing method. @Moexxxx reported the issue the same day it broke and was ignored for 8 consecutive days while you were visibly active on both Discord and Patched.to.

Leaving the server on May 31 does not erase the 5 days of messages you received and chose not to respond to before that. The DM capability you clearly have makes that argument irrelevant anyway.

This is also not the first report opened against you for failure to respond to customers in a timely manner. This pattern of behavior is noted and will be taken into account going forward. Any further reports of this nature, regardless of whether they are determined to be a scam, will result in your permanent removal from Patched.to.

You have 24 hours to issue a full refund of $31.49 to @Moexxxx and post proof in this thread. If you fail to do so, you will be permanently banned from Patched.to.

hi, yes its my fault i got scammed by my supplier and had a lot of upgrades to fix at the same time but now everything is fine sadly i can only refund him with crypto, my paypal account got suspended cuz i am minor sooo i dont know

You need to refund the exact amount the buyer sent you. The timeframe I mentioned in my previous post still applies. The buyer has already said they’ll accept cryptocurrency.
