Additional Information: I messaged @AntMarket on Discord on May 16 for Netflix account, he replied super-quick, he explained everything after I told him i was new to this. He asked me how would I like to pay and I said PayPal. He received the money and said his supplier is not around, tomorrow he will deliver the account, 24 hours max. 4 days of ghosting me and still no account. then he showed up and said his supplier has issues delivering accounts, then showed me someone else happened to have accounts issues, then he deleted the message. Anyway, a day later I messaged him to asking about the account and he said he will do it in a few hours or he will refund me, he ghosted me again and I messaged him again and he replied that he just simply forgot about me, then he asked me for my Netflix account logins on May 20th. He finally delivered the account on May 20th, and I asked him I shouldn't have any issues after the upgrade he said no, its on your own account and if there was any issue I to message him, he even offered to give a Disney++ account as an apology but only after I leave him a vouch. on May 26th Netflix put the account on hold because it wanted a new payment method, so I messaged him and showed him the email and since May 26th until today June 3rd he didn't respond to me on discord, even though I see he is active on patched.to and he is posting vouches on his discord servers.
I got a legit Netflix and now I want a refund, there was no rules about replacement or refund we agreed on nor he posted any on his server. He completely ghosted me, and I didn't want nor I know how to open a scam report, until someone sent me a private message to not spam, and if I got scammed I should open a scam report. I paid him 31.42 dollars, he can keep $5 and refund me the rest because I used that account for 5 days until it was put on hold. I believe this is fair.
I also saw this seller has or had a scam report against him in another forum, had I known earlier I wouldn't have bought anything from him.
