ETH address he told me to pay : `0xd886A7aFBd1bD8F6E7cD4eBC7c8167fdcAb108b1`

He tried to say he never received the payment and thus would not provide the service. Screenshots clearly show me being displeased and requesting a refund. 
He already had confirmed he received payment.
He then claims to give him 1 more hour and goes offline for what is 7 now with no return of funds or rendering the service.

Payment was verified via the provided TXID, the funds reached the address Logann gave himself and the transaction is confirmed on chain. The "payment not received" claim doesn't hold up, and no service was delivered or refund sent.

Decision: Logann has 24 hours from this post to either deliver the 3 month YouTube Premium upgrade or refund the full $15 in ETH to the buyer's address, with proof posted in this thread. If neither is done within 24 hours he will be permanently banned from the forum for scamming.

I’ve already sent the refund, so you can close the scam report now. I also offered to provide 3 months of YouTube Premium as compensation, but the customer isn’t cooperating. Regardless, I’ve already processed the refund.

This has been resolved. After his attempt two more times to ignore my refund request he caved and paid me back.
