I bought an account from this user. The order was supposed to be completed within a maximum of 5 days, but I was just stalled the whole time. He ignored me for two days, so I contacted him from a different account, and he responded to that one. ( https://imgur.com/a/0HcCgkP )

That’s correct, $300 was credited to my shop account.
I received the account, logged in exactly as instructed, and it immediately states in the section itself that the account could not be verified.
That makes the account completely invalid. You were inside the account yourself just three hours ago, so you must have seen it.
 
I no longer know what is supposed to happen here. You already have my address for the refund, and from now on we should go our separate ways. Just like before, you failed to stick to agreed times, ignored me for days, and even replied from secondary accounts. Now you’ve rushed to send this message so you can keep selling people this absolute scam trash.

Yesterday, We both agreed on product delivery within 24 hours + 300$ Compensation added as instore balance in puredrop.co .

I have sent him the delivery now + added the instore balance as promised to him now. 




Today,  under 24 hours we provided him the delivery as agreed.
The account was flagged because the login instructions were not followed correctly. The account was created in the UK, but it was accessed from Germany, which triggered the additional verification request. Failing to follow the required login instructions voids the warranty in simple terms for any company.
 
Despite that, we have already resubmitted the documents, including the selfie and all required paperwork, to restart the verification process on the account.
 
In addition, we have assured you that if the verification is ultimately unsuccessful, we will provide one final replacement as a gesture of goodwill, even though we were not responsible for the login issue and are not obligated to provide a replacement under our warranty policy.
 
We are actively working on resolving this for you and are already in contact with you on Telegram to get this sorted out as quickly as possible. Thank you.
