On 11/5/2024, I paid for FTID service on ftid.bz.

It got scanned in the next day, but didn't move for a while. I followed their instructions to request a re-drop, it didn't complete. They kept asking me to check, but nothing was changing.
Asked for a refund on 11/26/2024 as I considered it failed at this point and had no interest in the service now. Told me the 11/27/24 they do balance refunds only. Followed up on 12/4/2024, they said they'd ask their team and then never replied. I waited and kept checking my account, then messaged them on 1/30/2025 again. They said they would ask their team, again no response. So in the end, they didnt hold their end up of the bargain

So then I messaged the seller on the forum directly, 5 days ago,  - https://ibb.co/3yXmm53J and they never responded to me. So im forced to make this complaint after being patient and reasonable. It appears this service is just stalling and has scammed me. Can i get a refund to my crypto wallet because i just don't trust them to complete the service. Thanks.

I'm not gonna post the full tracking number here but let me know if you need it @A35 , he's asking for a refund after his order was completed a month and a half ago.

Interesting how the tune has changed here from support and ignoring me, but I'll bite.

I paid for the FTID on 11/5/2024. And you're saying it got delivered 12/26/2024. Nearly 2 months, and there are 2 duplicate shipments which caused the FTID to fail, because it didn't get delivered for so long. You can see it here: https://i.ibb.co/1tz2kc0s/screenshot.png 

Do you really think I'm clawing back 2 months later for 15 bucks? I'm more annoyed I'm being brushed off when my refund failed and I just want a credit back lol

You paid 15$ for a FTID which is what you got, it was delivered to another address. Your refund failing is on you, we aren't a refunding service. @A35 this can be closed.
