Refund failed? Ok no problem things that happen, i could have resold the products if u told me so.
Instead you told me to send email to ofm exactly as you said, which i did, regained access to my account for 48hrs, returned products and was waiting for refund for weeks. Refund never came.
Contacted amazon support through phone and they were asking me questions, why you submitted a police report, how do you submitt a police report then return the products, you initially said products were missing, we have all emails that u have sent us, emails that i have no idea what he sent because he communicated with amazon until the point refund was failed, after that he left me on my own to deal with them.
You dont reply in telegram for 2 days and after i open scam report u decide to contact me.
I have no phones, i have a failed refund and all you do is tell me lets do a chargeback from the bank, which i wont do, because the person who ordered this products values his peace of mind more than the 2600 eur.
All im asking for is you to pay damages you have caused, there is no other side of this story.
