First of all we normally don't refund for this type of problems since we also explained on the site LINK point 9. And for the quality of the website ofc we're on TOP, I see he sent an image but ofc you can see we've in total 873 clients, I don't recommend to ask which are happy cuz are a lot, but ask those who are not happy cuz we've few. Any way for this guy seems a bit rushed and annoying client you're not welcome in our site too.
