Actually - upon further review of sellers "terms", Eva does not do refunds.
Seller firstly should have known about the upgrade issue that I asked about prior to purchasing, and secondly should have just explained that they cant refund and offered something else or some other product.
I will now be pushing for a refund due to the fact I was blocked, along with the misinformation provided prior to purchase.
