This client bought a Disney premium upgrade for 12 years and I delivered it. No where before the purchase did he ask or mention if the disney upgrade included ESPN. All Disney upgrades made in turkey do not include ESPN. Once the upgrade is done I don't offer a refund since the plan is already applied to the account. I then offered him a cracked account with ESPN on it to compensate.
He also claims he mentioned it before but the only thing he said is "how long you gonna take since I need to watch a match in like 1h ish lol", to me this simply meant that he wanted to do the upgrade now before he goes to a match somewhere.

I deleted the conversation because this user kept spamming me everyday insulting me about an upgrade I already done.
In my eyes this doesn't deserve a full refund or a refund at all but let me know what you think.
