He also claims he mentioned it before but the only thing he said is "how long you gonna take since I need to watch a match in like 1h ish lol", to me this simply meant that he wanted to do the upgrade now before he goes to a match somewhere.

I deleted the conversation because this user kept spamming me everyday insulting me about an upgrade I already done.
In my eyes this doesn't deserve a full refund or a refund at all but let me know what you think.
