This guy need to be banned, I experienced unprofessional conduct, including the use of insults that were both unnecessary and inappropriate. Moreover, I had requested a product demonstration, which was refused without a valid explanation or alternative solution offered.  @beastmode @a35

@A35 This makes no sense. This guy is asking for a free trial of a paid product and now he's ruining the seller's reputation by opening an SR. It's complete nonsense. (he literally paid $0 wtf, so why opening SR ?)
