I clearly didn’t receive a working account—I got one that’s limited and has a sending limit. The €40 is absolutely refundable.
@A35 OP has received his new replacement, a fully verified stealth account. His 24h warranty starts right now.
Proof that the account is verified, since with this kind of customer I must also have proof of that:
His account is fully verified, and if u translate the last screenshot it will say that he can send and receive transactions with no limit, so all his "concerns" are taken care of. Now, if he's willing to follow my stealth guide as he was supposed to do the first time as well, nothing will happen to his account and he will have a long and lasting PayPal Account.
Thank you all for your time, and special thanks to @A35 for taking wise and right calls. End of story <3
@A35, I received the replacement and it’s working—unlike the previous account. As I said before, the first account he provided wasn’t verified with documents, which is why it had a sending limit. This one is verified with documents, works fine, and has no sending limit, as I just tested.
So it’s clearly his fault from the beginning for delivering an unverified account and making me pay an extra €40 for that. He is now responsible for refunding the €40.
