Scam report against @HeavenlyGod | €115

I have to agree with @InvisibleX that @HeavenlyGod delivers fresh, unverified accounts. I purchased a PayPal account from @HeavenlyGod about a year ago, and the account was also unverified. There was no verification email, and it even asked me to verify the account in the PayPal settings. The account got limited within a few days. Anyway, I didn’t really care and didn’t bother messaging him or opening a deal dispute. Just wanted to point out that his accounts aren’t truly verified, despite what he claims.
