Telegram and services on them is only ever used for on-boarding to signal for me since it just has more adoption so on boarding to signal is sadly essential.

If there is anything sensitive being shared on Telegram I think you're taking a risk. If you ask most people to make a signal, especially if there is money involved or contact information. people are very happy to have a more secure chat on signal. With the creator of Telegram being basically held hostage in France until he made Telegram insecure any idea of privacy on Telegram should be seen as non exsistant. they have changed their terms and conditions relating to privacy a ridiculous amount since then and 100% have backdoor now opened to those agencies
I heard that if you play the Windows CD backwards, you'll get a satanic message. But the most frightening thing is that if you play it forward, it installs Windows + copilot and records your screen every 5 seconds and tracks every thing you do and judges you. spooky!
