About the 1 and 2 point, I got the labels truly late. Because the company processed the return request pretty slowly, before the labels I stated that I want to cancel the order. And I think I have the right to say no if the "order" is not started yet. Getting a label is an obvious action to do in terms of refunding, also in my opinion the "work" about a refund is after the labels are ordered and start chatting with the company itself using a method to get a refund (its a bit different if an insider or other labelless method is used). Since that thing never started, I dont think I need to pay for just two labels but nothing at all after that.
