Am I understanding correctly that if the seller now fulfills his obligations, he will face no consequences at all?
He clearly and deliberately scammed me, with no intention of delivering anything. On top of that, he even mocked me, which clearly shows bad intent.
And now, only after one of the scammed users (and I’m likely not the first) publicly reported him on the forum, he suddenly wants to handle it privately and provide the product — just to avoid punishment?
If possible, I’d honestly prefer he keeps my $15 and gets banned, so I can help protect other users from being scammed.
But if there’s no way he’ll be penalized anyway, then yes — in that case I’d rather receive what I paid for.
