I didn't ignore it and responded in the order. The money was spent on consumables for the account, so it can't be refunded. I don't have to return my account because I sell a service and I do it honestly, it's not my fault that the order couldn't be placed the first time.

No confirmation for the order either, as the order was not placed. the account is on hold and the customer apparently closed the card.
