I never said it's not my fault. As soon as I saw support wasn’t replying, I posted a warning in the Prepaids chat telling everyone the service was on hold and not to send anything. I didn’t delete anything related to it. I just stopped promoting it and kept the group open so people could see the announcement and know what was happening.
You did reach out to support and I understand they didn’t respond. That’s exactly why I paused everything. I’ve been upfront the entire time, so calling it a scam while I’ve been transparent isn’t fair at all.
