I have pictures of full conversation. First he could ban it. I payed him and then he told me he couldnt. He told me you want a refund? Might be able to ban it in a while. I told him its okay ill wait, after couple weeks he told me he was able to ban it again i told him please proceed then. Then again it wasnt possible. Thats when i asked for a refund he told me okay. Now its been a week hes ghosting me but posting in his TG channel.
