I am not denying my service, nor i am denying help to the customer. If the account fails to renew, he'll get an immediate replacement from us as everyone in the market does. For now this is the best solution we can provide depending on the method. The falls usually dont happen this fast but in this case it was an exception. Refund is not possible as The service is up and running. Thanks
