Hi,

I want to clarify the situation regarding our $50 deal for a private ChatGPT account. The agreement was made based on my intention to resell verified OpenAI/ChatGPT accounts on Z2U.com, where direct ChatGPT login credentials are required.

You told me the account would be a "panel account" BUT ACCORDING TO YOU IT MEANS AND ANOTHER WEBSITE and it also means that it can be accessed by email invitation through an admin panel, Panel has 2 different meaning, you did not specify it. Nowhere did you mention that the account would be hosted on a third-party website instead of ChatGPT.com.? Based on your description, I genuinely believed it would be a direct OpenAI login, as required by Z2U policy.

I asked you to accept $30 upfront and $20 after verifying the account. You agreed. I paid you $30 and waited almost 40 minutes past 3 AM, sacrificing my sleep for this deal. When you finally responded, you provided login credentials not to ChatGPT.com, but to a different site altogether.

I immediately questioned this, as this type of login is not allowed on Z2U. There’s no category for such “panel accounts that is login through another website,” and listing them can lead to disputes and chargebacks from buyers. I told you several times that I couldn’t sell this type of account, and yet your replies didn’t address my concern. I have build very good history in my z2u I am not going to destroy it on your so called "panel chatgpt" Despite this, you asked for the remaining $20.

Let me be very clear:
I did not receive what I paid for: a direct login to ChatGPT.com.
The product you delivered is not usable for my intended resale platform.
I requested a refund or a fair adjustment to the price ($30 or $40), and you rejected both.
You then opened this report despite the fact that I tried to resolve it without conflict.

My Final Offer:

Either:

Refund the $30 I already paid and reclaim the account,
OR

Accept (total $30 which i already paid) and let me keep the account.

I will not pay the full $50, as the product did not match the description and cannot be resold as intended. You created this issue by not being transparent from the beginning. I wasted my time and sleep trying to make this work, I won’t be manipulated into paying more for something I can’t use.

The choice is yours: refund or accept the $30 I paid.
