After reviewing all provided evidence and communications, it is clear that the services delivered by @ClownBusiness were either unusable upon delivery, did not meet the buyer’s stated requirements, or were never completed. The second Kraken account was banned immediately upon use, Bybit did not support the requested payment methods, and the final Moonpay/Coinbase order was not delivered after extended delays and lack of communication.
As no working solution was ultimately provided to the buyer, @ClownBusiness is required to issue a full refund of 165 USDC to the buyer within 12 hours of this decision. Failure to comply within the given timeframe will result in a permanent ban.
