And he already gave that ban to 3-4 more banners previously which shows that target is spammed still i had taken his ban because he was forcing me and ik i can do it. This is not about a "reban." It’s about the fact that you advertised a zero-risk permanent service and then later asked for $800 to fix your mistake. Then you fail again and what? I'll pay 1600$ to fix your third mistake?? She was never permabanned at all, I know her in real life, and she has no connection to Telegram or any "unbanner," so please don’t try to claim otherwise. A permaban doesn't work like this. Don't claim to have done something when you didn't and then run away when you are expected to actually do your job. I am sorry to say it but that's Ridiculous.

Therefore, I expect you to either refund me the $300 or complete the Instagram job I paid 300$ for!
 For WhatsApp, I expect you to refund the remaining $30, since you are unable to do anything about it anymore.
