NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SELLER
I bought a Wise Business account from this guy. I started working on it, sending money, etc. But since @Francisc is clearly not a professional, he linked a phone number to the Gmail account that ended up being completely inaccessible.
Result? Hours and hours of work lost, money lost (which I had sent to the Wise account), all because the Gmail was inaccessible — meaning I couldn't log into Wise at all.
There was only one option: changing the login email via Wise support.
Listen, it took me two full weeks just to try and get some information from Francisc. He kept saying: "I'll help you today, I'm on it", but he never did anything, trust me.
His lack of professionalism is beyond belief. I strongly advise against doing any business with him. In over 15 years in this space, I’ve never wasted so much time with a seller.
Then yesterday, I finally found a caller to contact Wise support and try to recover the account. I had gathered almost all the info needed to request an email change — except for one detail: at some point, Wise support asked for the home address linked to the account, which I didn’t have.
But guess what? Two days earlier, out of nowhere, Francisc asks me for the home address — without even explaining why (screenshot available).

Why did he want it? To change the email himself, obviously. There were €2,500 sitting in the Wise account, and he had access to the SMS 2FA. So basically, he could easily go ahead of me.
I contact him, asking, “Are you sure you don’t have the home address?”, suggesting he may have entered it when creating the account on a certain site. Turns out, he had entered the home address there — so I’m relieved, thinking I can finally recover the account.
My caller calls Wise an hour later and surprise:
Of course, he’ll never admit it. But you’d have to be blind not to see what’s really going on here.
Do NOT do business with this thief.
There are even more details I could share, but I’ve already wasted weeks thanks to his lies and delays.

Quote:"There is no account linked to the email you are trying to change."It’s simple: this clown Francisc changed the email himself.
